I have a 25 lb turkey. All the brining tips are geared to 12-14 lb turkeys, and say to refrigerate overnight. Well, i have room in my fridge for the Turkey, but not for the turkey AND a brining container big enough to immerse it! How can i accomplish this in say a cooler, without risking contamination from not being cold enough? Oh, and i should mention I live in Florida, so keeping it outside is not going to help.. :) Thanks!
