ChefsLine once again had a blast at Washington DC’s Cooking and Entertaining Show. This year, there were 7,000! participants. Chef Kevin Weeks and Chef Cary Wolfson attended and wowed our booth visitors with on the spot cooking advice. We distributed over 1,500 helping ChefsLine cooking conversion bookmarks. Chef Nate Auchter was a featured chef at the show presented in a LOT of seminars. He did an incredible job teaching novices everything from what is a quail, to how to spatchcock a pheasant, stuff a goose, and he literally coached knife skills to over 25 ten year old children.

The dishes Nate prepared with the kids were drop dead gorgeous and the program was really rewarding.  Overall - it was a GREAT show and we spoke one on one with literally a thousand home cooks about how to pull of a stress-free Holiday meals. Thank you SO much to Nate, Cary, Kevin, and Jen for bringing the ChefsLine show on the road. To see more photos, visit ChefsLine’s Flickr page.
