Hi, Dan. I think I’m the Turducken expert in the Chefsline.com crew because I serve it every year at my Thanksgiving table. Set your oven temperature at 325 and cook the turducken 18 to 20 minutes per pound and use a meat thermometer. It’s cooked through when the thermometer reads 165.
