		<description>You can use 2 Belgian endives, 4 mangosteens, 1 red onion, 1 jalapeno Chile, 1 large organic bell pepper, 1 organic lime (juiced), salt and pepper (to taste), 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup honey, fresh ground pepper (to taste).  That is how I season mine.</description>
