Chef Kevin has rifled through ChefsLine’s tried-and-true recipe files and presents his Mother’s Day Brunch Menu. The menu is warm and inviting – it features that perfect balance of sweet and savory dishes that’s especially appreciated in the late morning hours. Kevin’s Mother’s Day (and Father’s Day) gift is the same every year – he cooks. But, it’s a bit more than that. He tries to invent at least one recipe for each occasion using something his parents are particularly fond of. This year, Kevin is cooking his Mom a brunch featuring the Sausage Clafouti below and using his Mom’s favorite – her son Kevin’s homemade lamb sausage!
