HELP! I am making a short bread cookie dough and the after chilling for over an hour the dough is still crumbling. I can’t even begin to roll it out…any way to save it?
This is a hard to help, with out seeing the product. It may be because the cookie dough is too cold. Let it sit and warm up a bit, and see if the dough comes together. It may also be an error in the amount of butter used. If the dough does not come together after you have warmed it up, try adding some more butter and gently kneading it to try and bring it together.
