Terrie asks. Chef Kevin says…..
Remove most, but not all, of the paper covering a head of garlic. Then cut off the top (the part you would pull apart to get a single clove) of the head of garlic about 3/4 of an inch down. This will expose the tops of the cloves. Place whole head of garlic in a square of aluminum foil and pull up the sides slightly. Drizzle garlic with about a tablespoon of olive oil. Seal the foil over the garlic and place in a small oven-proof pan. Roast at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
