I want to make cookie mix in bulk and have found several great recipes but I do not know how to measure the correct amount for one recipe. I have 11 pounds of cookie mix and no instructions were given how to make a small batch of cookies. Are there any cookbooks out there that can assist?

I don’t know of any cookbook that breaks bulk recipes down into a smaller recipe. But, if you share the list of ingredients and if possible, the exact proprotion of ingredients, I’d be happy to provide instructions for you. Also, let me know if you are looking to create a certain recipe using this mix. Simply post your recipe under the Submit Comment, I will respond with directions.
