I suggest you deep fry your eggrolls, from a frozen state with oil at 350f until the outside is nice, crispy and golden brown. Depending on the size and thickness, if they are not cooked all the way, remove them from the oil and place sheet pan with paper towels and continue cooking in a 350f oven until done.
To determine if they are cooked enough, either cut one in half or insert a meat thermometer to reach 150 f

Our suggestion is to partially defrost them in your microwave, then brush them with oil and bake them at around 350 until browned.
