I will not be home tomorrow night. I am cooking a tuna-noodle casserole for my family to eat then.
Is it better to cook it today and have my husband reheat it, or can I put it together today and have him put it in the oven to cook tomorrow night?
It will have tuna, cooked elbows, white sauce, grated cheese and diced veggies. I also put breadcrumbs on top.

I just made one the other night. I love to prepare the tuna casserole in advance and place in the frig. Or sometimes I bake it and we take what we want and reheat it in the microwave. Each of these works very well. You can also put the breadcrumbs on top ahead of time as well.
