i cook eggrolls with alot of watery veggies(veggies that produce alot of moisture after you fry them, freeze them,and then rewarm them.they dont have the same flavor after the rewarming prosses.how can i perserve the flavor?
I don’t think you can. From your description you’re using ingredients that simply don’t hold up well to feezing. I would experiment with firmer vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, and winter squash.
