Do you cook a prime rib roast different if they are boneless? And I want to cook it in an electric roaster, instead of an oven. Can I use my oven receipe? Are the cooking temps different in using a oven verse and electric roaster?

One Response for "Prime rib roast"
Connie, A boneless roast takes a bit less time, how much less depends on the size of the roast. Use a meat or instant-read thermometer and cook to 125 for med-rare or 135 for medium. A roaster oven works fine and use whichever recipe you prefer.
