Add a couple of tablespoons of finely-chopped fresh dill and a tablespoon of lemon juice to a cup of mayonnaise. Spread some of the mayo lightly on the salmon and grill it over a medium-hot fire, starting flesh-side down. Cook until the salmon just begins to flake. Then serve the rest of the mayo on the side as a sauce.
