Regular sugar should be stored in an air tight container in your pantry cabinet. If you would like, you may purchase a small terra cotta bear or sunflower which are sold at William Sonoma or Bed Bath and Beyond. You just soak them and dry and place them in your sugars. They really work well in brown sugar which tends to get hard faster than white sugar. I keep them in all my sugar containers. I never have any clumping at all!
