Simple Channa Masala
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil or butter or both until transluscent.
2. Add curry powder and cook until looking brown.
3. On medium heat, add can of rinsed chick peas. Stir to coat.
4. Add a bit of water or vegetable broth to cover bottom of pan, almost like deglazing. Cover and simmer 3-5 minutes.
5. Rinse and wash spinach. Add spinach to pan and cover. As spinach has wilted, you’re done!
