More About Chef Paulette: After receiving my Occupational Science Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 1985, I have worked in almost every culinary post from teaching cooking classes to developmentally disabled individuals to opening a vegetarian restaurant, from cooking demonstrations to catering sales and event planning for one of Atlanta’s premier catering companies. Currently, I am a personal chef in Atlanta, Georgia, working one-on-one with my clients to create personalized menus for their lifestyles and dietary needs. Through the years, I have found my niche in the cooking world is to share my passion for cooking through teaching. Let me show you how simple and fun it really is!

The traditional shape for Rosh Hashanah, representing the circle of life and the wholeness of the universe. The seeds in ancient time represent fertility and plenty. Seven seeds for the land of Israel.
Vegetable Chopped Liver
This dish is almost the same color and flavor of regular chopped liver. Nice for the vegetarian so they can enjoy the same dish. It contains green beans, chopped eggs and walnuts.

This dish is served with plain rice, mashed potatoes, or carrot salad.
The Best Honey Cake Yet
