As a classically trained 19 year veteran in the culinary arts, I see the world through a food lens. My goal is always get people excited about food and cooking and hopefully share my creativity along the way. I have been the chef-owner of numerous restaurants, the executive chef of a local favorite, Dick and Harry's, a few gourmet markets in Puerto Rico and a catering company. My latest venture is
mykitchendepot.com, an online store for 'chef approved' kitchen and housewares for the home cook. Within the next year, MyKitchenDepot & Market, a destination culinary and dining center, will open in the North Atlanta suburbs.
