More About Chef Annemarie: Today I find myself celebrating the season with spring-inspired menus geared towards small gatherings of friends and family. My exploration of New York City's many markets has helped to develop my appreciation for locally grown ingredients. I am currently writing my first cookbook, The Grey Dog Cookbook, which celebrates the cafe's 10th Anniversary and foods rooted in American tradition.
