I've been working in restaurant kitchens since I was 15. After years of on-the-job training, I wanted to learn more about the energy of food and how food effects health. I started coaching people about food (what supports you versus what depletes you) about 6 years ago. As The Healing Chef I work with individuals to create uniquely-tailored food plans.
