More About Chef Shoba: Shoba is a self taught Indian cook. She teaches Indian cooking classes privately. She travels to her home town, Hyderabad in India every winter for two months and finds time to learn new recipes by attending cooking schools there. Her specialties are wide variety of chicken dishes, both south Indian and north Indian favorites.

Minced lamb mixed with fresh coconut and spices and cooked in a thick curry sauce

Jumbo shrimp gently sauteed in a spice mixture of onions, tomatoes, poppy seeds and fresh coconut

Basmati rice cooked with cumin and mixed vegetables
Carrot Raita
Grated carrots lightly cooked with onions, green chilies, mustard seed, and curry leaves mixed with yogurt and sour cream
