More About Chef Adam:
I was introduced to culinary work at the Sundance Bakery & Deli in Flagstaff, AZ and I am presently Pastry Chef for the
Mission Beach Cafe. There is something primal about baking and over time, it has become second nature to me. As much as I enjoy the medium of flour, water, butter, salt, sugar, and yeast which is alive, growing and changing, I also love to spend time in my own kitchen. I especially enjoy the satisfaction of cooking with my loved ones and creating innovative meals with ChefsLine members.
