| An easy -- but still elegant -- menu. The Vichysoisse and Chocolate Mousse can be made a day in advance (by the way, try serving the Vichysoisse cold, it's wonderful chilled). The carrots can be steamed a day in advance and then glazed just before serving. The salad only take a few minutes to make. And as sophisticated and delicious as the Curried Shrimp in Puff Pastry are, you'd be hard put to find something easier to make. |
