| 3 pounds Guanabana Puree 2 cups Sugar 1 cup Water |

Method |

| 1. Puree guanabana in blender and pass through tamis (strainer). You will get about 50% yield on fresh fruit after peeling and passing. 2. Heat sugar and water in a small sauce pot and dissolve sugar completely. 3. Combine with Guanabana puree and freeze in machine. |
