Garlic and Herb Dip

Ingredients
16 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp minced scallions or chives
2 Tbsp minced fresh dill
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tsp garlic minced
1/4 tsp kosher salt
pepper to taste

Method
Place cream cheese, sour cream and milk in mixer, Blend until smooth and fold in herbs and garlic.

Served with fresh vegetables and crackers.
