Description
Hot and tangy Chicken

Servings:
3 servings( 1 cup with 4-5 pieces per serving)
 

Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken, cut into medium pieces
1 large onion, diced
3 tbsp chopped scallion
4 small green chillies, chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp pepper pwd
2-3 tbsp soya sauce

Method
Marinate the chiken pieces in soya sauce and pepper for about 2-3 hours. Drain the mariande well and keep both aside.

Heat a pan in medium heat and drop the marinated chicken and roast well on both sides. Mix in the garlic, chopped ginger, green chillies and diced onions. Add a pinch of salt. Cover and cook till the chicken is tender. Dry up the excess moisture, add the marinade and the chopped scallions. Stir fry for a few minutes. Remove from heat and serve.

Notes
Garnish with finely chopped ginger and coriander leaves before serving.
